The Neighborhood

This property is located in the Quizalá II single family home development. Most of the homes are owned by Nicaraguans from Managua who use them for weekend getaways.

The beach itself is long and wide, perfect for long walks, horseback riding, or ATVing. Still largely undeveloped, you'll often have the whole beach to yourself! It has been rated by some surfing sites as the second best beach in Nicaragua for surfing. In all, it has something for everybody!
